As part of the development programme for a 30 MW IT Data Center campus in Northern Italy, Bestmind supported the project team of a leading international operator by providing specialist expertise in Planning & Scheduling, Project Controls, and operational support during the construction phase. 

The services delivered included monitoring programme progress, managing project information flows, tracking key performance indicators and coordinating selected site activities, while ensuring compliance with project documentation and HSE requirements. 

• Supporting Planning & Scheduling activities through the development, maintenance and monitoring of the project programme.  
• Developing processes, standards and templates for planning activities, and supporting the implementation of the project Schedule Management system.  
• Consolidating project progress data and preparing integrated dashboards incorporating planned vs forecast vs actual analyses.  
• Monitoring project KPIs and work package productivity, while producing periodic reports to support the project management team.  
• Supporting the management of technical, administrative and HSE documentation, including the verification of mandatory documentation for contractors and subcontractors, as well as operational documentation (RAMS).  
• Managing site access procedures for personnel, vehicles and suppliers, preparing minutes of operational meetings, and monitoring the implementation of agreed actions.  
• Supporting site inspections, identifying and monitoring non-conformities, coordinating technical inspections, and maintaining project documentation.  
• Coordinating suppliers and subcontractors in relation to site preparation, clearance activities, material handling and waste management, ensuring compliance with project requirements and applicable regulations.
