In particular, the call for tenders included:

• a technical architectural, plant and performance proposal (for all the activities planned inside the building, both sporting and non-sporting) for the completion of the areas delivered in a rough state to the future manager, so that the latter could adapt the property where its activity could be optimized
• quantification of the costs for the proposed adaptations
• identification of the revenue items deriving from the management of the building and the activities carried out inside it

• harmonization of costs and revenues in a Financial Economic Plan that would demonstrate the sustainability and management capacity of the operator for the duration of their tenure
• presentation of a management plan for a typical year, capable of generating the necessary revenues and accommodating public utility requests
• preparation of a draft agreement for the transfer of the management of the property to the proponent

Bestmind took responsibility for the preparation of all the material required by the tender notice, as described in the previous points. Aspects of particular note include:

• preparation of the architectural technical proposal, namely a study of the positioning of the various activities within the basic layout, including a Fit-Out and FF&E proposal, and an MEP and AVCL (Audio, Video, Controls and Lighting) system study)
• drafting of a Certified Economic and Financial Plan
• drafting of a Management Plan
• drafting of the Draft Agreement
