Within the framework of Quality Management, we oversee both Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC), two closely related functions. 

On the one hand, we ensure that quality requirements are achieved (QA); on the other, we ensure that all operational activities required to meet those requirements are properly implemented (QC). 

We work alongside specialist technical professionals across the various disciplines, coordinating and supervising QA/QC activities performed by appointed parties or, where required by the project organisation and the client's needs, assuming direct responsibility for their delivery. 

Our role is to ensure that the quality management system operates effectively throughout all construction phases, providing full traceability of inspections, the proper management of non-conformities and control of the entire delivery process through to project completion. From on-site supervision, our involvement extends to Testing & Commissioning Management, coordinating functional inspections, performance testing and all activities required to prepare the asset for operational handover, ensuring compliance with project requirements and a seamless transition into operation.
