Sport & Entertainment Management

We support clients with integrated technical, legal and administrative due diligence services, redevelopment and technical advisory for complex and multifunctional infrastructures, including the definition of the Management Plan and the Medium- and Long-Term Financial Plan, as well as the legal and contractual concession structure, with the objective of maximizing the asset’s value and its economic and financial sustainability, in full compliance with applicable regulations.

A dedicated Technical Management Committee is made available from the earliest due diligence stages, assisting the client through the relaunch and subsequent operational management of the infrastructure. The Team consists of Project Managers with proven, long-standing experience in the management of sports infrastructures and multifunctional venues, supported by specialists in legal, financial, safety and regulatory matters. Our operations extend across both national and European markets.

The objective is to enhance the value of the infrastructure asset, optimize operational and management performance, increase and diversify revenue streams, and ensure medium- to long-term economic and operational sustainability.

Areas of specialisation

Arenas and stadiums are among the most complex infrastructure assets to develop, where economic and financial sustainability, spectator experience and operational management must be integrated from the earliest stages of the investment. The ability to combine advanced technology, safety, crowd management and spatial flexibility determines the long-term value of the infrastructure, well beyond its construction.
The feasibility of these developments depends on the definition of a sustainable business model, the preparation of the Financial and Economic Plan (PEF), technical and operational planning, and integration with the surrounding urban environment, in full compliance with the applicable regulatory framework, as well as on the ability to identify the most appropriate investment and governance model, including through public-private partnership (PPP) arrangements.
For this asset class, more than for most others, it is essential to recognise that every decision made during the design phase has a direct impact on the future operation, maintenance and management of the infrastructure, as well as on the success of the investment.
We support investors, developers, operators, sports organisations, public authorities and asset managers through an integrated model of Technical, Financial and Management Advisory, Design Management, Project Management and PMO, supporting every stage of the investment lifecycle, from feasibility studies and the preparation of the Financial and Economic Plan (PEF) and technical-operational strategy, through to the coordination of design, construction and operational start-up.
Sports arenas are multifunctional facilities designed to host sporting competitions, training activities, entertainment events and cultural performances, where operational flexibility, management sustainability and service quality are essential to ensuring long-term value and operational continuity.
Their complexity lies in the ability to integrate advanced building systems, flexible space configurations, high safety and security standards, and efficient crowd management, while maintaining high levels of performance regardless of the type of event.
We support the development of these assets through an integrated model of Technical, Financial and Management Advisory and Project Management, ensuring continuity between planning, delivery and the future operation of the facility.
Sports training centres are ecosystems dedicated to professional and amateur sport, as well as athlete development, where competitive activities, training, athlete services, healthcare facilities, accommodation and community spaces coexist, generating sporting, educational and social value for the surrounding area.
The development of these facilities requires a governance model capable of integrating functional requirements, economic sustainability, future expansion and operational excellence, ensuring alignment between sporting, operational and financial objectives.
We support public authorities, sports organisations and investors throughout every stage of the investment lifecycle, contributing to the definition of sustainable technical, economic, operational and management models.
Sports-led urban and landscape regeneration is a strategic tool for restoring value to neighbourhoods and brownfield sites through the development of sports facilities and community spaces. These projects generate benefits that extend well beyond sport itself, contributing to urban regeneration, social cohesion and inclusion, while enhancing the attractiveness of the local area.
The feasibility of these initiatives depends on the definition of a sustainable business model capable of identifying appropriate funding mechanisms and ensuring the right balance between investment, operating costs, revenue streams and the long-term value created for the community.
We support public authorities, private investors and operators through an integrated model of Technical, Financial and Management Advisory and Project Management, ensuring continuity between strategic definition, technical and operational planning, and project delivery.
