Infrastructure

Areas of specialisation

Rail infrastructure represents a highly complex system in which every intervention must be reconciled with operational continuity, stringent safety requirements and the coordination of multiple technical disciplines and stakeholders. Whether involving conventional rail, high-capacity lines, high-speed rail or cross-border connections, successful project delivery requires the integrated planning of activities and interfaces throughout the entire investment lifecycle.
We support contracting authorities, general contractors and designers through Project Management, Programme Management and PMO services, coordinating technical, commercial, regulatory and contractual aspects while ensuring effective control of the interfaces between design, procurement, construction and operations.
The development of a metro line means working beneath a city that remains fully operational, within a complex network of existing infrastructure, utilities, transport systems and urban activities. Every intervention requires close coordination between design, construction and operations, minimising disruption to the surrounding environment while ensuring the continuity of city life.
The construction of new lines, the extension of existing routes and the integration of systems developed at different times require structured management of the interfaces between civil works, track systems, MEP services, signalling, telecommunications and traction systems, together with continuous coordination with public authorities, infrastructure and utility operators, contractors and all other project stakeholders.
We support public authorities, contracting authorities, designers and general contractors through Project Management and PMO services, coordinating the technical, commercial, regulatory and operational aspects of the project while ensuring integrated governance throughout the entire infrastructure development lifecycle.
Air transport is an essential component of the movement of people and goods, particularly over long distances and for the transportation of high-value, often perishable cargo.
At the same time, airports are evolving from simple passenger hubs into multifunctional facilities centred on the passenger experience. Advances in aerospace technologies and related business models are driving significant change, while new travel patterns and the need to reduce carbon emissions are creating new challenges for the sector.
The delivery of new airport infrastructure and the expansion of existing facilities require structured management of the interfaces between passenger terminals, airside and landside operations, building services, Baggage Handling Systems (BHS), airfield infrastructure and civil works, together with continuous coordination with airport operators, ENAC, ENAV, airlines, ground handlers and contractors. Every intervention must be planned to ensure uninterrupted airport operations while complying with safety, security and operational constraints.
We support airport operators, airlines and developers through Advisory, Project Management and PMO services, coordinating the technical, commercial, regulatory and operational aspects of each project while ensuring integrated governance throughout the entire infrastructure development lifecycle.
A country's healthcare system is a fundamental indicator of quality of life and long-term social development. Hospitals, healthcare facilities and rehabilitation centres play a vital role within the healthcare sector. Continuous technological advances have significantly improved standards of prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation, influencing every area of healthcare.
The construction of new hospitals and the refurbishment of existing facilities require the coordination of civil, building services and technological works within highly complex operational environments. Every activity must be carefully planned to ensure the continuity of healthcare services, manage interfaces with operational departments and coordinate a wide range of institutional, technical and clinical stakeholders, while complying with regulatory requirements, the highest standards of quality and safety, and the objectives of healthcare infrastructure transformation.
We support public authorities, healthcare organisations and private operators through Advisory, Project Management and PMO services, coordinating the technical, commercial, regulatory and operational aspects of development and refurbishment programmes. We integrate Programme Control and Data Analytics tools to provide unified governance of complex programmes, supporting project monitoring and decision-making throughout the entire investment lifecycle.
Road infrastructure plays a fundamental role in supporting economic development and mobility across the regions it serves. While road projects present significant technical challenges, their greatest impact on programme and cost is often determined by their interaction with the environment, local communities and the many public bodies involved. Roads and highways typically extend across multiple jurisdictions and administrative boundaries, while interfacing with existing and planned infrastructure.
The construction of new infrastructure and the modernisation of existing networks require integrated management of interfaces with traffic, underground utilities and neighbouring infrastructure, together with the coordination of multiple public authorities, concessionaires and regulatory bodies. The overlap of administrative responsibilities, permitting procedures and local regulations makes it essential to adopt a governance approach capable of integrating technical, regulatory and territorial requirements while ensuring traffic continuity and the delivery of projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
We coordinate all project stakeholders with precision and effectiveness through communication, Stakeholder Management and a dedicated Project Management Office (PMO) across every stage of the project, from Design Management and tendering to procurement, Contract and Construction Management, change management, testing and commissioning.

Lower Thames Crossing

Commercial leadership and management support were provided for one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure programmes. Activities included overseeing the full commercial strategy, managing contract and cost functions, and ensuring stakeholder alignment at both governmental and delivery levels. The work included solving complex regulatory and compliance challenges (e.g., DCO), and successfully transitioning from a large-scale […]

Hole Farm

Hole Farm is a new 100-hectare multi-purpose woodland, sitting alongside the M25 at the northern end of the proposed Lower Thames Crossing. The project focused on the delivery of a new sustainable woodland and visitor centre, with strong community engagement and environmental goals. The service scope covered precise cost estimation, review of design documentation, and […]
