{"id":3701,"date":"2026-08-05T13:57:06","date_gmt":"2026-08-05T11:57:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bestmind.it\/progetto\/confidential-client\/"},"modified":"2026-08-07T14:23:01","modified_gmt":"2026-08-07T12:23:01","slug":"confidential-client","status":"publish","type":"progetto","link":"https:\/\/www.bestmind.it\/en\/project\/confidential-client\/","title":{"rendered":"Data Center\u00a0development programme"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the development&nbsp;programme&nbsp;for a 30 MW IT&nbsp;Data Center&nbsp;campus in Northern Italy, Bestmind supported the project team of a leading international operator by providing specialist expertise in Planning &amp; Scheduling, Project Controls, and operational support during the construction phase.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The services delivered included monitoring&nbsp;programme&nbsp;progress, managing project information flows, tracking key performance indicators and coordinating selected site activities, while ensuring compliance with project documentation and HSE requirements.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supporting Planning &amp; Scheduling activities through the development, maintenance and monitoring of the project\u00a0programme.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing processes, standards and templates for planning activities, and supporting the implementation of the project Schedule Management system.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consolidating project progress data and preparing integrated dashboards incorporating planned vs forecast vs actual analyses.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring project KPIs and work package productivity, while producing periodic reports to support the project management team.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting the management of technical, administrative and HSE documentation, including the verification of mandatory documentation for contractors and subcontractors, as well as operational documentation (RAMS).\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing site access procedures for personnel, vehicles and suppliers, preparing minutes of operational meetings, and monitoring the implementation of agreed actions.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting site inspections, identifying and monitoring non-conformities, coordinating technical inspections, and maintaining project documentation.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinating suppliers and subcontractors in relation to site preparation, clearance activities, material handling and waste management, ensuring compliance with project requirements and applicable regulations.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":3705,"parent":0,"template":"","servizio":[],"class_list":["post-3701","progetto","type-progetto","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.bestmind.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/progetto\/3701","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.bestmind.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/progetto"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.bestmind.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/progetto"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.bestmind.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/3705"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.bestmind.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=3701"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"servizio","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.bestmind.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/servizio?post=3701"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
