Graduating in Civil-Hydraulic Engineering at the University of Pavia in 2014, Alessio’s thesis focused on the construction of ‘Mini-Hydro’ hydroelectric plants.
He began his career in the industrial construction sector, with the construction of a mineral water factory and an aqueduct in the province of Frosinone, covering the role of supervisor of civil and hydraulic works for 2 years.
He then chose to undertake a three-year experience in Norway, at a large shipyard where, with the role of bridge chief, he collaborated in the construction of 9 luxury cruise ships, including a luxury icebreaker-cruise equipped with Hybrid LNG engines (a one-of-a-kind prototype).
At the end of his experience in the naval sector, he returned to Italy and took on the role of Project Manager in an engineering company, conducting public tenders in the hospital sector.
Since 2022, he has held the role of Construction Manager for Bestmind.
