We support clients in identifying the most suitable site for Data Center development through Site Selection activities, based on the analysis and comparison of multiple location alternatives. The evaluation considers the availability of power capacity and connectivity, the territorial and logistical context, land costs, and the potential for future campus expansion, with the objective of identifying the most efficient solution from a technical, operational and economic perspective. The process concludes with a comparative evaluation of the alternatives (site ranking), supported by techno-economic analyses and a final recommendation on the most suitable site. 

Once the site has been selected, we support Site Preparation activities aimed at preparing the area for the subsequent phases of design and development. The service includes geotechnical investigations, preliminary environmental assessments, site preparation, and the planning of the main support infrastructures (power connections, site access, water networks and connectivity), as well as support in managing initial permits and authorisations.
