We support the planning and coordination of the delivery of Defence infrastructure developed within operational, sensitive and access-controlled sites, ensuring integration between project activities, security constraints and operational continuity requirements.

Our activities include planning the intervention phases and their interfaces with ongoing operations, coordinating access and the movement of personnel, vehicles and materials, managing work areas and construction sequencing, and coordinating contractors, the supply chain and stakeholders involved in site activities.

Particular attention is given to the transition, commissioning and handover phases, ensuring that the move from execution to full operational use of the infrastructure takes place in a controlled manner and in line with the asset’s safety, availability and operational readiness requirements.
