Hole Farm is a new 100-hectare multi-purpose woodland, sitting alongside the M25 at the northern end of the proposed Lower Thames Crossing. The project focused on the delivery of a new sustainable woodland and visitor centre, with strong community engagement and environmental goals. The service scope covered precise cost estimation, review of design documentation, and planning for civil infrastructure improvements. The visitor centre was designed to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification. Additional elements included EV charging facilities, accessible paths, ponds, and a Forestry England ranger station. Over 150,000 trees were planted with a species mix tailored to local environmental conditions.
