The property was recently renovated and expanded by IMMOBILIARE 2C S.p.A., during which Bestmind supported the client through technical due diligence and site monitoring activities.
Following the final acquisition of the asset by the end client, Bestmind continued its assignment as Project Manager for the second phase of work, which includes the expansion and completion of fit-out activities to convert the building into Boxengo’s modern self-storage facility.
This second phase involves the construction of a structural mezzanine aimed at increasing the building’s functional capacity and optimizing the internal layout.
The intervention will result in a larger total surface area dedicated to self-storage units, improving both the functionality and overall profitability of the property
