Bestmind announces the launch of its new Business Unit dedicated to Sport & Entertainment Management, a multidisciplinary set of services designed to support sports organizations, clubs, investors, and public entities throughout the entire lifecycle of projects related to sports infrastructure.
Multi-purpose facilities such as Arenas and Stadiums, Sports Halls, Sports Centers, and Urban Regeneration projects represent strategic assets widely distributed across the national territory. Their cultural and identity value offers highly attractive investment opportunities, capable of generating revenue while delivering functional, high-quality services to local communities.
The new Business Unit has been established with the aim of bringing Bestmind’s Project Management expertise to a sector that remains underdeveloped, where growth depends on the ability to structure medium- to long-term management programs, as well as financial and economic plans based on reliable cost and revenue projections.
A distinctive feature of the new Business Unit is the Technical Management Committee, a specialized body involved from the earliest stages of preliminary due diligence. The Committee supports clients in technical, regulatory, financial, and risk assessments, and continues through the subsequent phases of defining management models and overseeing the operational launch of the entire infrastructure.
The multidisciplinary composition of the Technical Management Committee brings together highly specialized professionals from the sports and entertainment sectors, combining experience in managing sports facilities and internationally significant events with expertise in finance, safety, and regulatory compliance. This structure ensures a strong systemic approach and a concrete governance capability for highly complex, multi-purpose infrastructures.
